The Expo Advisor’s attendee intelligence tracking tool compiles attendee lists by monitoring Trade Publication Subscribers, Professional Journal Subscribers, Conference Attendee Registrations, Social Media Groups, and Hashtags, events and conferences around the world.
We collect basic data from our attendee intelligence tracking tool and other sources, match it with our master file (we own a database of 29 million B2B opt-in contacts), and manually append the necessary contact details.
Once the list is complete with contact information, we send out email campaigns to confirm whether these companies will be attending the event.
We launch calling campaigns to reconfirm their presence after receiving confirmation via email survey.
After the final confirmation, we send them an opt-out mailer asking if they want to receive third-party information about the event and other marketing ads. We usually incentivize them by providing them with relevant industry information or whitepaper downloads.
We add those who opt in to our database and remove those who opt out.
